Help Us Build the Granville CSD 2026-2027 Wall Calendar!
Do you have a talent for taking great photos?
We are looking for 12 photographs to feature in the annual monthly wall calendar representing Granville CSD students and the beautiful Granville school campus.
This calendar goes home to all school families during the first week of school.
Students, families, staff and the local community are invited to help us capture the heart of our schools.
From classroom photos, to public school events and sports highlights to beautiful pictures of our school buildings and campus, we welcome your viewpoint.
If you would like to participate and see your photo featured in the Granville CSD monthly wall calendar, here's what we're looking for:
Seasonal school building photos - Fall, winter, spring and summer our campus is beautiful all year long!
Public school event photos like concerts, sports, PTO events and more.
Classroom photos and field trips.
If your photo is chosen, your photo will be fully attributed in the wall calendar to your name or business.
While this isn't a paid project, we know there is great photography talent in the Granville community. This a community project to highlight the beauty, opportunities and small-town charm of the Granville CSD school community.
Important Guidelines:
Orientation: Strictly horizontal/landscape aspect scalable to standard calendar dimensions.
Resolution: High-resolution, print-ready files.
Composition: Eye-catching, season school photos, with intentional background.
Color Palette: Vibrant but natural colors. No AI photos, thank you.
Permission: You own the rights of this photo, the people in the photo have agreed to be in this picture (if it's not a public event) and the photo is free to use by Granville CSD.
Not all photos submitted will make it into the calendar. However, provided it meets the schools standards highlighted above, we may use it in other ways in school media like upcoming newsletters or on the website with your full attribution.

January: Winter campus scenes, indoor sports, classroom fun, students bundled up for outdoor recess
February: Spirit weeks, 100th day of school, Valentine's activities, love of books and learning, PTO Snowflake Shake
March: Drama production, science fairs, art shows, talent show
April: Spring on campus, spring sports, shows, outdoor recess, clubs, Ag Fair, field trips
May: Outdoor recess and clubs, PTO Color Run
June: Field days, prom, blooming campus, Gardening Club highlights, graduation
